Little man is one month away from turning the BIG 1! He is as delicious as ever and his smile is beyond contagious. He smiles all day long and is such a happy little boy.
He has outgrown certain things lately such as not wanting to be put on his bath when we change his diaper. He will scream and and wiggle his way out of it. He is also eating a lot more and drinks 8 ounces now. He still sleeps well, although once in a while he starts to cry a few hours after he goes down. He will do it when he is teething, or hungry or the room temperature is either too hot or too cold. Doesn't happen often, but in the past week it's been a few times.
He is still not walking but can hold on to the table and walk around or use his toy to scoot around:
We got him his new toy with the balls in it and he LOVES it. It is his favorite thing to play in these days:
Little man loves bath time and all his toys. His favorite are the plastic rings I put in there...why didn't I think of that sooner!
Today we went into the city to support Max's Auntie Mari run the NYC marathon. While we were waiting for her to run by Max got to play with his 2 month old friend Alexia. Every time he sees a baby he tries to hold their hand. It is just too cute to watch and makes us so excited to see him with his sibling.
Maxi wore his first big boy pj's this week. We got the two piece pj from the gap and he looks so cute in it

He is still taking swim classes and has no problem going under water although he doesn't understand the cues yet. We got him a convertible car seat and put him in it a month early. He LOVES it and smiles from ear to ear when he is in it.
We have decided to have a little birthday party for him when we get back from Necker. Since we get back the night of his birthday we will celebrate the day after with a cake and lots of presents which we got today. I think we are going to make it an animal themed party since he loves dogs so much. He has this large blue stuffed animal dog he adores so we nicknamed him "big blue" and Maxi just adores this dog. I think I will make it the theme of the party. Let the planning begin!

- Still only says Mamma and Dadda
- Loves little kids his own age
- Is eating up to 8 ounces easily
- Has approximately 10 teeth
- Shakes his head when he doesn't want something. Can't do it to yes, but will do it it to "no".
- Picky eater for dinner
- He has developed a personality and throws fits when he doesn't want to sleep or doesn't want to do something.
- He loves clementines and yogurt
- Laughs all the time
- I found his ticklish spot (pressing his upper thigh) will make him laugh uncontrollably
- He still makes that "eh" sound whenever he wants another bite or something he sees and wants.
- He can climb up stairs with ease
- He loves watching cartoons on tv although he doesn't have a long attention span
- Allergic to Motrin as well
- Getting his first molars and is in tremendous amount of pain. Wakes up through out the night. We give him tylenol and take him into our bed for a little to relieve the pain but it is tough. He is drooling again and looks like he has been punched in the face poor guy. Hopefully they will come soon.
