Jake turns 1!!!!

I can't believe how fast this year has blown by! My youngest little baby is already one years old :( He is a speed demon, crawling so fast all over the place and loving to climb on things. He falls on his head numerous times a day and just moves on to the next thing. He is a very healthy eater and is now eating normal solids cut into small pieces. He will eat anything which is wonderful. He has 5 oz of milk three times a day now and drinks water the rest of the time. He had his first popsicle the other night and loved it (Writing this at 12.5 months). He still talks jibberish all the time and can make the coolest clucking sounds with his tongue. He adores his brother and they have gotten to the point where they play together. Max will get on the floor with Jake and they will crawl all over the house. If Jake is doing something he shouldn't be doing, Max comes and alerts me. It is great! The other day Jake was alone in the kitchen eating the dogs food they had left around the house, Max came running to the us and pulled us over to Jake to show us waht was going on. Or today Jake was playing with something he shouldn't have been playing wiht and Max alerted us once more. Amazing how fast they grow! The boys love to play on our bed when I get home, so the four of us rough house it on our bed. Jake is still the best sleeper (knock on wood) and now sleeps with a blanket. He has recently discovered Max's old baby bike and now loves riding it. Usually Max is the one pushing him on it, albeit way too fast. Max has become very attached to mommy and whenever I am around he only wants me. He also loves to suck his tongue and snuggle up to you which is the cutest thing. His first birthday party was a lot of fun and he loved his cake and all his presents. He was a bit shy with people and only wanted mommy that day but overall the party was a huge success. He had his one year check up and was in the 50% percentile for weight and 75th for height. He also had his first dentist appointment which went well but he has an attachement to his gums that comes out too far and might need that cut if it doesn't go away by itself. Otherwise he was pure perfection...but I already knew that :)
