When will it end...

I really hope the light at the end of the tunnel is near...very near. Its been tough controlling my stress with so much going on at the moment. Between our apartment sale, house purchase, securing financing for the new house,furniture purchases,my Gestational Diabetes and Steve's job situation I have about all I can handle at the moment.
Yes, Steve and I are buying a house. A townhouse to be exact, five minutes from my parents house in Old Greenwich. It's brand new and we LOVE it. It's more space then we know what to do with, but we are a growing family and it is perfect for us.
Problem is we have yet to hear from our buyer regarding his financing or board approval and it's coming down to the wire. Tomorrow is the deadline for his financing letter, and so we will hear any day. In the meantime we are in the midst of securing financing for our new house which isn't as easy as one thinks given that it's a new community and 90% of banks have restrictions on financing projects like that until a certain amount of units have been sold.
Please keep your fingers crossed for us...it would be amazing if all this works itself out. We will be looking at becoming suburbanites November 6th, at which point we will have exactly a month to get things in order before our sons arrival. Maternity leave couldn't come fast enough, I'm worn out.
