I'm writing this post a week late since the entire family with the exception of Jake came down with an awful stomach virus. Max was the sickest out of all of us vomiting for 1.5 weeks with bad diarrhea. He had to go to the hospital one night and get pumped full of fluids and zofran an anti vomit drug. We are all finally better and now have come down with a cold. But Jake lucked out and was able to avoid the stomach flu which I am sooo grateful for. He slept like an angel through all of this which really helped us out a lot. He has grown so much in length and is thinning out a bit. His four teeth are adorable and I believe he has two more that popped through but I can't confirm since we don't want to put our hands in his mouth for fear of getting him sick.
He has such a personality and loves to yell around the house. He is always crawling somewhere and loves to crawl under things like the living room table or chairs. He ultimately ends up crying since he bangs his head all the time. I am truly grateful for his sleeping habits because he really does make life a lot easier. He is still napping for an hour at 9am and goes back down at 12:30pm for two hours. His bed time is at 7 and he sleeps a full 12 hours. He never cries when we put him down and truly is an angel. My nickname for him is my little prince because he is always demanding to be held or wants something.
He still is unable to pull himself up which Max was able to do on his 8 month birthday. Hoping that comes soon but given his weight it might take a little longer. I can't believe he will only be on formula for another 3 months and then we can finally put that behind us! He loves to have his little cheerios and crackers before we give him pureed vegetable of some kind. I usually make butternut squash, carrot or pear for him. I still can't believe his 1st birthday will be here before we know it!
Army Crawls all over
Four teeth, although he might have two more that popped through
Can't stand yet or pull himself up
Loves to make noises and yell outloud
