Wohooooo I broke the 130's! As promised, Steve and I are doing the master cleanse and are on day four. I started the cleanse thinking wow, this is easier than I had expected. Day 1 and 2 were a breeze for me and I did it without a problem. Day 3 and 4 have been very difficult, especially since this morning I woke up not having lost a pound! Here are my weight totals for each day:
Day 1 (started): 133.4 lbs
Day 2: 131.4 lbs -2
Day 3: 128 lbs -3.4
Day 4: 127.8 lbs -.2
Total Weight loss on Cleanse so far: 5.6 lbs
I haven't worked out on the cleanse nor could I. Today we got a carrot, celery and spinach juice and I had a few sips of it since I don't like that sort of thing. I wanted to quit so badly since I wasn't feeling so great and was really out of it. But luckily my husband supported me and told me he would get me vegetable broth which I'm told you can have on it if you really need to have something. We are only doing it for six days since we leave on Monday and I want to eat the day before so I have my strength for our big trip. I will workout after that so I can maintain the weight I have lost.
