My boy is 2 months old!

Today he is officially 2 months old and I honestly can't remember my life before we had him. He has almost doubled since he was born and is huge! I can't believe how big he is and how much babies change from the time they are born to now. We are still not on a schedule during the day, although we have the nighttime schedule down. He has his good and bad days, and yesterday was a rough one for him. He cried ALL DAY LONG! It was tough to take given that I'm doing the cleanse and haven't eaten in days urgh. He didn't want to sleep and so he was up crying and crying.

Mad Max yesterday:

Fast forward to today and he is the exact opposite. Totally peaceful and sleeping all day long, he didn't wake up once on our day trip to Manhattan today.

Him in his car seat to NYC today:

A few days ago we had a scare...Steve was off to Atlantic City with the boys and literally 20 minutes after he was out the door I changed Max's diaper only to find blue poop! I couldn't believe my eyes, there were two layers of poop, one dark brown, and below it a layer of blue poop. I called the doctor thinking they would tell me it was normal but instead they wanted me to come in immediately. They did a bunch of tests on him to make sure it wasn't Pilori Stenosis, which luckily it doesn't seem to be. He weighed in at 11pounds 12 ounces....wowser. Tomorrow he gets his 2 month shots before we take off for Sarasota and Miami. I hope that won't mess him up too much since we have heard it makes them a bit fussy for a few days.
On Monday he is going to meet his great grandmother in Florida! I can't wait to see her reaction, I just hope she understands who he is.
Most of his clothes he has worn up until this point are now too small. Depending on where the clothes are from he fits into 6 month sizes...say what! How did Steve and I make such a big baby lol
This weekend we are going to have to pack up all the things we will need for our ten day trip to Miami. I'm a bit nervous traveling with a newborn for the first time, I just hope he has a good day haha I'll report back from there next Thursday, wish us luck xoxo

Max all peaceful with Grandma before she left for London:

A side shot of Max in his bouncer...that bouncer has been a blessing!
