Daddy got some well deserved sleep on his first fathers day and woke up to a yummy breakfast cooked by me after I went grocery shopping. He got served his coffee in his new mug I got him:
Then I started cooking up some solids to freeze for Max. I made him Bananas, Apples, Pears and Butternut squash.
After all that was done I baked some of my husbands favorite chocolate chips cookies before we both got a much needed massage. My parents came over for fathers yummy dinner and got to play with Maxi. Maxi wasn't himself before they got there, he would cry whenever Steve and I put him down, so we had to hold him the entire time.
It was a great day and I really hope daddys first fathers day was enjoyable because he definitely deserved it. He is the most loving, hands on father and I couldn't have wished for a better father to our son.
I got Maxi some leg warmers, four pairs to be exact. Steve laughs at them and thinks they are too girlie, but I love them. He looks adorable in them and it seems to make it easier for him play on the floor.
